An evenly-margined Educational Deuce with a central vignette of Science Presenting Steam and Electricity to Commerce and Manufacture was designed by Edwin H. Blashfield.  This offering exhibits boldly printed details and excellent color. This note was graded in the early days of PMG where "Exceptional Paper Quality" appears on the back.
