An eye catching Type II inverted overprint error that displays a significant slice of the previous note from the sheet along the top edge. Type II inverts came into being with the 1981 Series as the BEP began to trim the selvage paper from the top of the sheet prior to the third printing. Earlier this trimming step was done after all printings were finished. Preserved in high grade and beyond impressive!
