Henry Hammill Fowler was an American lawyer and politician who served as the United States Secretary of the Treasury under President Lyndon B. Johnson. Born in Roanoke, Virginia, in 1908, Fowler graduated from Roanoke College and later earned his law degree from Yale Law School.
