Ivy Baker Priest was an American politician who served as Treasurer of the United States from 1953 to 1961 and California State Treasurer from 1967 to 1975.

George Magoffin Humphrey (March 8, 1890 – January 20, 1970) was an American lawyer, businessman and banker. He served as the United States Secretary of the Treasury for President Dwight D. Eisenhower.

Both sigantures appear in bold blue ink directly above the engraved signatures. Most impressively, this dual autograph occurs on a low, three digit serial number silver certificate bearing serial #183.
