An exciting and dramtic misaligned overprint error that shows the District Seal sitting on top of Washington's face while the serial numbers run across his jacket. Continue to scan the note and as your eyes move to the right, you'll notice the other set of serial numbers didn't completely make it on the note as they exit from the right margin. The Treasury Seal just barely made it onto the note, but there's no evidence of the district designators on the right side of the note. And now for the cherry on top, look towards the left margin and you'll spot the THIRD SET OF SERIAL NUMBERS and the district designators intended for the adjacent note on the sheet!
