A ten cent, fifth issue fractional featuring William Meredith, Secretary of the Treasury from 1849-1850. This note features the short, thick key within the red treasury seal. No doubt it spent time trading hands, but we're thrilled it's now available to share with the collecting community. There are some edge splits to be expected for the grade.
