Numeral seals are always a hot commodity among small size collectors; however, the numeral seal hundred are elusive when compared to their more readily available lower-denomination options. This note presents with exceptional eye-appeal including dark inks, pleasing paper, and that gently circulated look. During our examination, we noticed a few tiny closed pinholes on the left that had been done very well and there's a single yet tiny pinhole that still lets the tiniest of light through when backlit. Overall, these flaws are not the least bit objectionable and are likely to be overlooked, but we pride ourselves on transparency...as such, enjoy a generous discount for a minor problem on this Numeral Seal Hundred from the fourth (4) district of Cleveland.
