The scarcest direction for any misaligned overprint. This faulty alignment error has the serial numbers and seals shifted so far to the left, the district designator 2s are positioned on top of some second print elements. As an added bonus, check out hte 7th digit in the upper right serial, the "6" isn't quite aligned properly so it's seated lower than the other digits.
