Only a faint few marks show any evidence of either serial number, prefix, suffix, or the green treasury seal. This is an insufficient inking error of the green overprint! It's interesting that an error of this magnitude circulated where it received a minor grade-consistent tear before being pulled and placed into the collecting community! A really fun mistake that even your non-collecting friends can identify and appreciate.
