$50 1996 FRN MISSING OVERPRINT ERROR - NO SERIALS + SEALS PCGS Ch Abt New 55PPQ

An exceptional Big Head Fifty that's missing most of the overprint! The black overprint is completely missing along with the lower right serials. There's only a few faint green marks where the upper left serials should be positioned that indicate the ink well was running dry on this higher-denomination error that's exceptionally dramatic with fully-original surfaces.
