$1 1999 FRN OVERPRINT ON BACK ERROR Serials + Seals Missing From Face! PCGS Superb Gem 67PPQ

An exceptionally high grade error! This Super Gem Atlanta ace with seemingly everything gone wrong! The serials and seals are printed on the back creating chaos and overcrowding while the face is left with an enormous void. Appreciate this note from both sides and add it to your collection as it's unlikely you'll be able to upgrade into anything higher.
