Wow! This printed fold is a show-stopper! The sheet folded over prior to the overprint and received a portion of the green serial number and treasury seal, along with the black district designator! The sheet remained folded for the cutting process and has since been opened to display a dramatic mistake that's to be appreciated from both sides. Note is fully-original and presents much higher than assigned grade.
